After more than eleven years of offering fishing charters to the public, we know what it takes to achieve a successful, enjoyable, and fruitful fishing experience. We're also aware how important our staff's qualifications are, especially our captains.

That's why Magic Tarpon believes we have on our staff not only the best local captains in terms of expertise and customer service, but, even more importantly, captains with a true passion for fishing. We're an island paradise, folks. The ocean is truly our business. We love our jobs!

Magic Tarpon captains are all full-time employees, and are completely bilingual and licensed by the United States Coast Guard.
